How to Enroll

Follow this three-step process to get you setup with your practitioner and start your Eat Like a Human journey!

Step One:

Enter your details below to signup for the program. 

 

Step Two:

You will receive an email notification that you have been granted access to the Eat Like a Human Project. Follow the instructions to set up your Kajabi library if don't already have one set up.

 

Step Three:

Forward a copy of your receipt to the practitioner you signed up with to access their Eat Like a Human coaching.

ELAH Win! I am able to breathe through my nose again!!!! My skin is also glowing and my bags are less noticeable. My appetite is back!! This is a HUGE deal, as I never feel hungry until nighttime and usually only eat once a day which is horrible. I am waking up in the morning ready to eat and am hungry. I have also cleared the beliefs I had around being hungry and that it will make me gain weight.

Starting about day 6 I realized my body was enjoying the fruit as my first food of the day. Having the meal plan is great and it's really helping me eat enough food, enough nutrients for once! Our goal is to guide you through the seven phases of healing, curated by Cailtin, so that you can recalibrate your well-being on every level: physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. 

Throughout this process you will gain a comprehensive understanding of key terms that will shape your experience, such as bioavailability, leaky gut, and microbiome will be demystified, allowing you to grasp their significance in achieving optimal health.

I have a ton of extra energy, loss of water retention and bloating, clothes are fitting nicer, as well as I have a newfound love for choosing ingredients, recipes, and cooking! I historically didn't eat breakfast or lunch, so a total change in habit and nutritional value has truly made my body sing! I can't wait to see what else unfolds as the weeks go on. ELAH is the bomb!Â
